There is a huge sinkhole in the outskirt of a small town. It causes confusion among the people of the city as the local election approaches.  An active local politician Masoud makes a stop during his electoral campaign to retrieve his brother Babak from a psychiatric clinic where Babak has been enrolled for six months.
